3: Kicking Glass

Okay, lay it on me. What kind of stupidity are we going to get into today?

Ah.

You... you are a brigand. You can't use swords.

I told you dawg!

Glass is not very threatening.

He has a nice toy, though! Getting one of those on Hector would be nice as hec.

Nomad! You mad? I'm not mad. Iron bow's looking pretty solid, though! I have kept the "safe basic weapons" option on in the randomizer, meaning the iron-tier weapons shouldn't have any particularly crazy effects on them - although the stats are still randomized, as we can see.

It's... uh. That -- magic is odd. It's especially odd in that if you reset and resume the chapter,

it will overflow into ludicrously high numbers! We will not be doing that.

Merc doesn't look special, but as always with weapons that aren't iron-tier, there's a chance the slim sword does something terrible to people.

It may or may not be the ones on the receiving end.

The enemy Nino goes for Hector, who butchers a small illiterate child with his axe.

(It's ok, he's a noble so he gets away with it.)

I see no reason to use the hammer when this is infinite use.

With range on our side, the merc goes down without me finding out what his slim sword does. At least it's not 1-2 range!

That 10 might iron bow hurts, but it is still just a bow.

Ninian went for the mage on the bottom; I figured some exp wouldn't hurt. We can buy swords next chapter, so she won't be left unarmed even if I wear down the longsword a bit more.

Whammo!!

I don't foresee you being a problem, actually.

...well, I say that, but he does still get throne bonuses...

Swordslayer is still effective against swords!

Hector landed a sub-50 and won the map. Yay Hector! Glass dropped a vulnerary.

Something like that.

Treasure is randomized, but the Mani Katti is not, for whatever reason. So most of the time, you're just going to get something useless here. Unless someone randomizes into a Lyn lord...

Meanwhile,

"And on that note, we are so incredibly screwed. Are you sure it's not too late to just give up?"

The man. The myth. The mutton.
