First, some overall guidelines:

A cutscene ends once you're able to control your character on the map. If you take a step and trigger more dialogue, that's a new cutscene.

All of my screenshots are going to be of the first line of dialogue spoken by a party member in that cutscene. I recommend you do the same if only to make things easier for me to evaluate, but you'll probably be safe with any line from the cutscene as long as it's not a super obscure scene that I'll barely remember after I'm done with the run.

I'm playing the GBA version, so keep the different translations in mind if you're playing SNES, or PS1 I guess (don't play PS1).

It'd be nice if you had things vaguely arranged in chronological order, but other than that I'm not looking for anything special in terms of presentation, as long as you've got all the screenshots you're supposed to.

My intention is for this to be accomplished in a single run, but, uh, much like the fiesta itself, I don't really have a way to enforce this, and I'm probably not even going to bother checking if Bartz's name is consistent across your screenshots.

Now, here's every optional cutscene you can access before completing the wind shrine:

Finally, some clarification on a bunch of edge cases. All of these count:

Flashbacks
Party dialogue that isn't attributed to a specific party member
Dialogue that Krile has before joining the party/Galuf has after leaving it (I'm not sure if there's actually anything optional that falls under this, but I'm covering my bases)
In battle dialogue (unless the battle was immediately preceded by dialogue, in which case it's a continuation of the same cutscene)

All of these DO NOT count:

Yes/no prompts
Dialogue that's required viewing once, but can optionally be repeated (there's like half a dozen of these just before the wind shrine)
Ifrit isn't a party member
Exdeath definitely isn't a party member
I'm not going to make you sit through all 32 permutations of the ending
I don't remember if any of the GBA and forward exclusive content has cutscenes associated with it, but just ignore it if so

That's it! Remember, if you're not having fun, you don't have to do this. I won't be upset!
