Circe
Caster
4*
Debuts in Fate/Grand Order
Originates from Greek Mythology

Cards: Quick/Arts/Arts/Arts/Buster

ATK: 8671
HP: 12250

Skills
Rapid Words of Divine B: Increase own NP Gauge by 60%/120%. (Cooldown: 9/7 Turns)
Poisoned Meal A: Inflict a 500/100 damage Poison on all enemies and decrease their Defense by 10%/20% for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
Advice for Sailing A: Increase all allies Star Generation by 30%/50% for 3 turns, and remove all debuffs from them. (Cooldown: 8/6 Turns)

Noble Phantasm
Metabo Piglets
(Buster): Deal significant damage to a single enemy, decrease its Critical Hit Rate by 10% for 3 turns, and turn it into a Pig for 1 turn. (Pig is essentially a Stun.) (Overcharge: Further decrease Critical Hit Rate)

PROS
+Second highest Attack of all 4* Casters
+Second highest HP of all 4* Casters
+Guaranteed stun on NP is very, very rare
+With her first skill at Rank 8, she can stun an enemy for two turns (Gain NP naturally, use NP, next turn use first skill and NP again), guaranteed
+Removing debuffs is pretty useful
+Increased Star Generation is pretty good
+Her own Star Generation is okay
+The Defense debuff isn't very high, but it's easy to keep up

CONS
-Poison is pretty useless
-Some things are immune to pig, and the things that are are mostly strong bosses, like Demon Pillars or large monsters
-Triple arts with Buster NP and no offensive skills means she can't really take advantage of her good Attack
-Her natural NP Gain is very bad, so she needs to be on an arts team to actually gain much NP outside of her first skill

Overall Opinion: Circe's a very niche Servant, but that niche is really good. A guaranteed stun on her NP (unless they're immune to it), a skill that really enables her to do some silly shit, and even some okay supportive skills outside of that. She's the kind of Servant you'll only use for specific bosses, but in those scenarios she excels. There's a long list of Servants she pairs well with, mostly supportive casters, and you can also just use her as a guaranteed Stun bomb with the Plug Suit. Just swap her in and have her NP. She doesn't do much of anything outside of that niche, so it's hard to rate her too highly, but understand that she is a really solid option for challenge fights.

Score: 7.5/10

Recommended Craft Essences: If you're using the swap-in strategy, something like Carp or Poster Girl is good. If you want to stun twice, just use anything with starting NP Gauge. She's very CE independent, which is nice.

Nezha
Lancer
4*
Debuts in Fate/Grand Order
Originates from She Really Just Kind of Pops Up Here Like She's Always Been There (Also Journey To the West)

Cards: Quick/Quick/Arts/Buster/Buster

ATK: 9284
HP: 12112

Skills
Taoist Arts A: Increase own Quick Card Performance and Buster Card Performance by 10%/20% for 3 turns, increase own Critical Strength by 20%/30% for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
Spirit Ball Child A: Apply a 1-time, 1000/2000 HP Guts to self for 5 turns. Increase own NP Gauge by 10%/20%. (Cooldown: 9/7 Turns)
Protection of Tathagata B: Increase own Star Weight by 300%/500% for 1 turn. Remove all Debuffs from self. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)

Noble Phantasm
Chihisourei - Kasensou
(Buster): Increase own NP Strength by 20% for 1 turn, deal heavy damage to all enemies, and inflict a 1000 HP Burn on them for 5 turns. (Overcharge: Further increase NP Strength)

PROS
+Decent Attack and HP, both are slightly above average (she has more Attack than people with less HP than her, and more HP than people with less Attack than her, so she's just got generally B+ stats)
+NP Charge makes her convenient to use for farming
+NP is fairly strong
+Simple, easy to use kit
+First skill is a bunch of strong buffs on a short cooldown
+Stargen and NP Gain are both good
+Having a debuff purge and a guts means she can be handy in some challenge quests

CONS
-She's a pure attacker with no support skills, but her attack is only above average, not great
-The numbers on her buffs aren't that high, since they're all consolidated into one skill
-NP is AOE, which reduces the damage she can do in a lot of challenge quests
-Can only Buster Brave Chain with her NP
-Doesn't make enough stars to crit as much as she wants to, even if her stargen is decent
-Ultimately doesn't do anything unique

Overall Opinion: Nezha's not an amazing Servant, but like her stats suggest, she's decent at a lot of things. She's good for farming, she's decent for bosses, she can be handy in more general purpose challenge quests, her NP hits decently hard and she has a skill to charge it, and she can crit alright if you want to make her your main attacker. She's a Servant who you'll probably forget about if you have seventeen SR/SSR Lancers, but if you're just starting out or if you only have a few Lancers, she's really useful. And if you like her, she's totally usable. She's pretty much the definition of a basically good Servant, so it's hard to rate her low, even if she isn't setting the world on fire.

Score: 7/10

Recommended Craft Essences: Any Quick/Buster CE is amazing for her. There's a bunch of good ones coming up as the game goes on, like Bestia Del Sol, but if you want one that's in NA, Wolves of Mibu is solid and gives her a few extra stars to work with. Fortress of the Sun is decent if you want her to crit, and Aerial Drive is good if you wanna focus on her NP. Or just put Kaleido on her, considering.

Queen of Sheba
Caster
4*
Debuts in Fate/Grand Order
Originates from Biblical Myth

Cards: Quick/Arts/Arts/Buster/Buster

ATK: 8629
HP: 12127

Skills
Charisma B-: Increase Attack of all allies by 8.9%/17.9% for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
Spirit's Eye A: Increase own Critical Strength 50%/100% for 1 turn, apply Ignore Invincible to self for 1 turn. (Cooldown: 7/5 Turns)
Wisdom of the Demon Gods B+: Increase Arts and Buster Card Performance of all allies by 10%/20% for 3 turns, generate 10 Critical Stars. (Cooldown: 8/6 Turns)

Noble Phantasm
Three Enigmas
(Arts): Deal significant damage to a single enemy, and decrease their Attack and Defense by 10% for 3 turns, and decrease their HP Recovery Amount by 30% for 3 turns. (Overcharge: Further reduce Attack, Defense, and HP Recovery Amount)

PROS
+Third highest HP of all 4* Casters
+Decent Attack
+NP Gain is very high
+Incredibly strong Crit skill
+Skills all have low cooldowns and increase the party's damage
+NP -> Arts Crit -> Arts Crit nearly refills her NP gauge.
+Can NP repeatedly and stack her debuffs
+Healing reduction is something only she and Bunyan can do, and is occasionally useful
+Third skill generates stars for free
+Damage is very high on her spike turns
+Only ST Arts Caster besides Medea

CONS
-Offensive Servant with no defensive or utility skills to speak of, besides the debuffs on her NP
-Crit Servant that can't Buster Brave Chain.
-Crit Servant without a Star Weight skill
-Crit Servant with only average Attack
-Crit Servant that can't generate stars on her own, outside of a 8/6 turn cooldown

Overall Opinion: Sheba's a Servant that's easy to use, but needs support to properly excel. Even on her own, she's a decent attacker, but her conditions for reaching her maximum potential are having her Star Weight and Star Generation issues taken care of. Ideally, she'd have someone to help her generate just that bit of extra NP to properly loop, too. Tamamo and Holmes are obvious partners for her, but that's pretty high-rolling. But it kind of fits her personality that you have to give a little to get what you want out of her, right? (She likes money, the joke is that she likes money.) Though the secret amazing partner for her is Hans, who takes care of basically all her issues in one fell swoop.

Score: 7.5/10

Recommended Craft Essences: Conversation on the Hot Sands or Leisure Stroll for taking care of her Star Weight issues, Dantes Files or Sailor-San in White Uniform if you've got that sorted.

Abigail Williams
Foreigner
5*
Debuts in Fate/Grand Order
Originates from The Salem Witch Trials

Cards: Quick/Arts/Arts/Arts/Buster

ATK: 12100
HP: 13770

Skills
Prayer of Faith C: Increase NP Gauge of all allies by 10% every turn for 3 turns, and increase their NP Strength by 20%/30% for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 9/7 Turns)
Sanity Loss B: Inflict Fear on all enemies for 3 turns, and decrease their Defense by 10%/20% for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 9/7 Turns)
Witch Trial B+: Decrease targeted enemy's NP Charge by 1, and decrease their Attack by 10%/20% for 3 turns. (Cooldown: 9/7 Turns)

Noble Phantasm
Qlipoth Rhizome
(Buster): Remove all buffs from targeted enemy, then deal significant damage to them, reducing their Critical Rate by 30% for 3 turns. (Overcharge: Further decrease Critical Rate)

PROS
+Above average Attack for a 5*, on par with mid-range Sabers, Berserkers, and Avengers
+Decent HP
+NP removes the enemy's buffs before it deals damage, which is very nice.
+Removing buffs is very nice in general, too
+Foreigner is a very good class, since its neutral to everything you're likely to run into in basic quests but also strong against Berserkers
+Has decent debuffs on her skills
+Giving everyone 30% NP Gauge and NP Strength is very good
+Since her first skill lasts a while, she can really help NP loopers

CONS
-Her cardset means her basic attack damage isn't that high
-No skills that really boost her attack power
-NP Gain is terrible despite her triple arts setup
-lolstargen
-Fear is a bit janky to work with
-Loses a lot of her appeal in challenge quests where the enemy's buffs can't be removed
-Skills all have long cooldowns, even if they don't quite justify it

Overall Opinion: Abigail is a bit confused. Her skillset and cardset makes her seem like a support servant, but her NP is a big damage drop. I guess its primary purpose is to remove the enemy's buffs, but her support isn't quite strong enough on its own, but she doesn't quite do enough damage to make up for that. She's still decent at both things, and she has a lot of niche value due to her class and the fact that just deleting an enemy's buffs and then smacking them is a good thing to do, but she's really carried by her first skill. She's not bad at all, but she's mostly a collection of decent-to-good things that don't fit together.

Score: 7/10

Recommended Craft Essences: Prisma Cosmos is a fun one to stack with her first skill. Black Grail can also work for that. Besides that, anything with Arts Up and NP Strength up is cool, like Emerald Float or Kill on Sight. As a Foreigner, her star weight is also pretty good, so arts crit CEs aren't bad on her in certain comps.
