Music: Path To You
(New support track! It's a rather nice one, I'd say.)
HANA: Whew! I really worked up a sweat! Looks like I'm done with training for today.
HANA: Ah, wait, who's that out in the field?
HANA: Is that Mozu...? Picking turnips?
HANA: Hey, Mozu!
MOZU: Oh, Hana! Hello... Um, you're looking mighty exhausted.
HANA: Yeah, I just finished training. So, what are you doing out here?
MOZU: I'm just tending the crops. I gotta make sure they don't start withering and stay nice and healthy.
HANA: I can see that much. I just meant, why aren't you training?
MOZU: Training? Oh, I don't really have much stamina for that...
HANA: That's what the training is for. To build your stamina.
MOZU: Er, you make a fine point, but I'm really happiest here.
MOZU: Tending crops reminds me of what I used to do in my village. It helps calm me down sometimes.
HANA: Oh, I see... You're still pretty held up on that, aren't you?
MOZU: Um, what do you mean by that?
HANA: Nothing. I just thought you'd moved past that after joining our group.
*The music hard cuts to silence.*
MOZU: I—-
MOZU: How could I ever manage to move past it?!
MOZU: I don't mean to shout, but you do realize I saw my entire village die, right?!
MOZU: I saw my mother d-die right in front of my eyes...! I-it's not something I can just forget!
HANA: But your mother died with honor, just as everyone in your village did.
HANA: They all died protecting something they loved. Your mother died protecting you.
HANA: Shouldn't you be grateful?
MOZU: Grateful?! My mother died in front of me, when she could have just taken my hand—-
MOZU: *sob* And you want me to be grateful?! What do you even know about what I'm going through?!
MOZU: *sniff* I-I can't believe you'd say such cruel things, Hana.
HANA: W-wait, I didn't mean to make you cry! I just meant—-
MOZU: I'm sorry, but I'd rather not talk to you anymore.
MOZU: I'm leaving.
HANA: Mozu! Wait!
HANA: Oh gosh, she completely misunderstood me. Good going, Hana. You made the poor girl cry!
HANA: I've got to fix this...
ah yes, handled extremely tactfully
