It’s been a long time since I’ve basked in the sunlight. They’re coming without even understanding what that sunlight means. And that’s a problem. Gentlemen, defending the shuttle is top priority. While keeping them from approaching the area around the shuttle, please intercept the enemy.
Signal Pippiniden’s unit with a flare. Before they get here, the Gadarl Corps will take care of those shuttles.

Ol’ Sandrock here is a decent close ranged fighter. Its attacks are cheap, strong, and the important ones can hit at range 3. It also sports the Magnac Attack when piloted by Quatre only. There’s nothing better than summoning The Lads to help defeat an enemy. Quatre is more support orientated with fabulous spirits like Bless (doubles money for an ally’s next battle), Cheer (doubles exp for an ally’s next battle), and Rouse (+10 will to all adjacent allies). Could turn him into a pure support character by putting him in a Taurus. Speaking of which…
[OZ-12SMS Taurus (Sanc Kingdom Colors)]
This is the same as Hilde’s Taurus, but with a different paint job and a resupply module instead of repair. Everything else is the same.
SECRET ALERT
I could have mentioned this earlier, but now that I’ve covered both participants, now seems appropriate. Get Noin and Hilde’s kill counts total 20. You have until about chapter 22 to do this so you have plenty of time. It’s a shame you can’t put either of them into a Gundam, but just have them snipe some kills from time to time. You get a lesser secret by having a combined kill count of 10-19, but I’ll be aiming for the 20 over time.
There’s also 3 NPC Tauruses that I mentioned. I don’t know why I’m pointing them out. They’ll die super quick but at least deal some damage to the enemy mooks.
Now for the stage itself. The objective is to defend all 3 shuttle launch pads while dealing with 3 waves of Zanscare reinforcements. My plan is to split up my forces for each pad and move them to support the others if necessary. The first wave spawns in the northwest led by Duker’s biker game, so make sure to properly body block the western pad. They will aim for the pads if possible before attacking.
Once you kill some mooks…
This is our first battle since descending to Earth. The targets are the shuttles, but we need to get used to fighting under gravity first. Don’t underestimate combat within the atmosphere.

The second wave spawns in the south west, so they’ll be aiming for both the western and southeastern pads. Composed of normal Zansacre mobile suits, they’re a bit easier to hit than the bikers. Pippinden and his adjunct Lupe both retreat at 30% (1122) HP so if you want some extra EXP and repair kits, make note of that.

The final wave spawns in the north west and will aim for the northwestern pad. This group is led by Fuala and Cronicle, with Fuala running away at 30% (2400) HP. She drops a Beam Coating so it would be in your best interest to defeat her properly. There’s some boss dialogs involving Uso and the named bosses, but I forgot to initiate them. Whoops.
Also Fuala’s unit has a beam coat, so watch out for that.
