Catch up to the enemies and start taking them out as soon as possible. The river will slow down the Talos, but the Groizers will just fly over it. Focus on them first before they can just fly past Kaiser. If you space things right, you can get off two of Mic’s songs for the extra will. GaoGaiGar’s Gatling Driver is a godsend for this chapter.
