Wooper analysis
Uuuuuuuooooooohhhhh? The landfish is a slight improvement from its previous adorable form. With a big boost to HP and Defense, it can actually take a number of physical hits and even dish them back out. It still has Slam from being a Wooper and there's a number of other physical moves it can use much more effectively. You'll still be waiting a little while for Ground STAB, but when you get it, it gonna get good. And Special Attack is, uh, usable for Surf, I guess. You'll need it and maybe even an Ice move, but that's just really for convenience. Still not the best idea to leave it in on a Grass type, especially with that Speed, but maybe if you're lucky, you might come out on top. Does this look like the face of mercy?
