The premium special tank is very deadly to handle. It will have a hard time falling to any special attack, but it's definitely fragile on the physical side. It has usable dual attacking stats, so both of its STABs can be used effectively. But unless you use TMs, you'll be stuck with Acid and Bubblebeam for a long while and that just won't do. So get some good moves, including Ice and Grass, and you'll be just fine. Barrier can also be an option, I guess. Its Poison typing doesn't do too much other than reducing Grass, Fighting, Bug and Poison damage. Which is actually a fair amount, but it does make you weak to Ground and Psychic, which is good and bad as they affect different defensive stats. Anyway, it's an alright attacker and a good special tank, what more do you need?
