Bloop bloop bloop? Bloop bloop. Still rely on its higher Attack stat and do some damage with Water and Ice moves with your mediocre Special Attack. It's not particularly impressive, but when all you have is Horn Attack for a good attacking move until Waterfall, you know you'll have some problems. But you'll have enough to get by, just don't rely on it doing a load of damage. Aside from Water/Ice/Normal moves, you really don't have much else to use. You've got Peck, Agility, Psybeam through breeding and Horn Drill if you're feeling lucky. You never know in this game. At least with good HP and Special Defense, you'll be able to take a few hits and hopefully knock a few things out.
