One of the fastest things around and, still, that's all it really has going for it. It has alright Special Attack now, so it'll at least do some damage with its STAB... that it doesn't learn via level up. And when you do, you've got Thunder, unless you tutor much later. Great. Hey, least you can use Rain Dance to help with that, cause you're gonna need it. Otherwise, pick up Explosion and, uh, that's really all you can do. Your Attack is still pretty low, so you can't even use the Normal moves you learn plenty of. Best thing you've got is to explode before anything else and hope that knocks them out. And your Defense isn't amazing, so don't be surprised if a strong Ground move takes you out.
