The large snek is a fast attacker with a crap movepool. The best move you learn is Bite and when you evolve, all you have to look forward to is Acid. Yikes. You do at least get Glare and, uh, Haze? Well, it at least you have good Poison STAB in Sludge Bomb, along with Earthquake and the Normal TM of your choice. But that's really it for attacking choices. While your Special Attack isn't terrible, it's also not that great either, but all you have is Bite and Giga Drain. It can be a way to cover some options, since you don't have the best defenses, but your weaknesses are plentiful and dangerous. Regardless, it's still an alright choice that won't blow you away with its power.
