While still a physical orientated attacker, your Special Attack is good enough that you can use your copious amounts of elemental attacks to good use. You still don't have many options for your high Attack, all you really have is Slam, Iron Tail and the typical Normal TMs. Stick with the excellent special coverage and you're speedy enough to do some damage and even take some special hits. But yeah, not too much more interesting besides that, so it's perfectly usable and a fine Dragon type with some weird, but workable stats. Cool.
