With an open flower, this dog/cat/thing is still fairly unusable. Unless you give it TMs it's not learning anything but Tackle for a long time, so go with either Grass STAB, or Normal moves. That's, uh, that's about it. It's similar to Ledian in that it's a fairly speedy Special Defense tank... kinda. It's still fairly frail and can't really attack that well, but at least it's consistent in being terrible, so let's see if its final evolution can salvage something, cause right now, it isn't too impressive.
