Quack. This tough duck might be a bit annoying to obtain, but it's not that bad. It's spread stats means that it doesn't particularly excel in anything, but also means it's pretty good in a lot of aspects too, though it won't be going first in most cases. Firstly, that is some excellent Special Attack, as well as good Defenses, meaning it'll do some damage before it goes down. It can work with a mixed set, either to attack or to tank, but it does hit pretty hard, though not with STAB, obviously. TMs are the way to go, since you're still stuck with Psybeam otherwise until... Zap Cannon. Cool. Being a Normal type, it can learn most TMs, so go with the best elemental options (so BoltBeam) and going full offense with Rain Dance and Thunder, perhaps. Or a nasty Curse and Toxic set with Return and Shadow Ball. It does have a few options, despite limited attacks and it'll do just fine. But obviously it gets a lot better.
